Return Policy

Kitty Pet Supplies Store has a hassle-free exchange policy, to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers. You can return the item within 10 days of receiving your order, although we advise you to reserve the items you wish to return within 3 days of receiving your order to ensure they arrive on time.

Returned goods must be subject to the Kitty Store return policy, which is:

  • The items you wish to return must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days from the date you receive your order.
  • We strongly recommend that you book your return within 3 days of receiving your order to ensure your items arrive at the warehouse within 10 days. Please contact our customer service department if you have any questions regarding this.
  • We advise all customers to fully check the products upon delivery and before removing any attached labels and before removing the original packaging.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition with their original tags attached, and inside their protective shipping boxes.
  • In the event that products are purchased using Visa or MasterCard cards, for example, the amount will be returned to the card used to purchase, and the refund period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment intermediary) providing the service. Whether payment is in cash upon receipt or through a bank transfer, we will transfer the value of the product to the customer’s bank account after obtaining his bank information.
  • In the event that a wrong product or a product that does not conform to the required specifications arrives to any of the Kitty Store customers, or the product arrives in an unsound condition, the store bears all shipping costs.
  • We do not have a product replacement policy, but only a return policy.
  • The amount will be returned after the product is verified by specialists at the Kitty Distribution Center.
