If training is at home:

The spray is sprayed on the intended place or on a special dog mat, then the puppy is made to smell the spray location and food and water are placed next to the intended place. The process is repeated before and after eating.

-If training is outside the home:

Spray the spray in the intended area, then let the dog smell the spray. Repeat the process several times during the day.
